What Axi does
- One prioritized queue. Mail from your Gmail and Outlook accounts and messages to your WhatsApp Business number are sorted into task cards, most important first.
- Replies in your voice. Axi drafts replies the way you write. You review, edit and approve; it sends only when you say so.
- Time for the work. Axi reads your calendars and, when you confirm, books time for a task.
- Search and memory. Find an old thread in seconds, and keep the priorities, contacts and rules you choose to save.
How Axi uses your Google data
Axi asks for access to your Gmail and Google Calendar only to provide the features you see in the app:
- Read your mail, to sort it into task cards and prepare replies.
- Create drafts and, only on your instruction, send them.
- Archive, star or mark messages as read when you do so in Axi.
- Read your calendars and create events you confirm.
Axi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalised AI models. You can revoke Axi's access at any time from your Google Account.
